The firm was founded in 1950 by Albert Grabel, who was a past employee of the Internal Revenue Service. The firm provides tax preparation and planning, representation before the IRS and Department of Labor, accounting services, elder care, computer services and audits of various entities.

At present, Mark Hollman, CPA, is the president of the corporation. Having joined the firm in 1987 as a staff accountant and turned partner in 1995. Mark has audited many different types of businesses including ERISA and HUD regulated entities.

Mark has worked extensively in the areas of ERISA and Non-Profit audits, past member of Peer Review Committee and past-president of Missouri Association of Tax Practitioners, a current member of AICPA and MSCPA, and a member of several charitable organizatoins.

The firm has been a member of the AICPA and MSCPA for over 35 years and the Peer Review Program for more than 20 years. As a part of the outstanding client services, the firm has available the most current and up-to-date research materials and information pertaining to rules and regulations which are all web-based. 

The firm is currently composed of seven members, which permits a quick response to the needs of our clients. If an immediate response is not required, then a return telephone call will be placed within twenty-four (24) hours.
